  • Rairai no Yu

    Rairai no Yu bath
    The large bath features impressive rugged natural stones.
    The shadows of the trees reflected on the surface of the water, the light streaming in, the sound of the wind.
    You will feel a sense of openness as if you are one with the nature of Akiu.

    In the open-air bath, there is a "cherry blossom viewing bath" in spring and in winter. "Snow-viewing bath"
    The different seasonal scenery is reflected on the surface of the water, calming your soul.
    The clear, colorless water is popular for its skin-beautifying properties, and gently conditions the skin after a bath.

    No water is added or circulated, and the hot spring water is drawn directly from the source, providing a luxurious overflow.

    Private Bath"Cypress barrel bath"
    The barrel bath, made from fragrant cypress, can be reserved for private use by groups.
    The scent of cypress and the warmth of the hot water combine to envelop you in a deep sense of relaxation.

    Only available to overnight guests, subject to availability.
    If you would like to do so, please feel free to ask at the front desk.

    There are two baths available: Rairai no Yu and Sato-no-yu Yu.

    ■Rairai no Yu:"Men" 12:00 to 14:30 / "Women" 11:00 to 12:00
    ■Sato-no-yu:"Men" 11:00 to 12:00 / "Women" 12:00 to 14:30
    *Reception closes at 2:00 PM
    *It's a gender-alternating system.(Change the noren at 12:00)
